Boom or Bust

Wow, I have run into quite the deal on Doo-Talk, apparently. Some kid out in New Hampshire wants to trade me his 800HO complete (with one bad cylinder) for my 440 motor. This would make my sled worth a LOT more money (from 2600 - 4000+), save me $$$ this summer, and give me a way better sled. The BIG negative to this project would be the end of the current season. There is probably no way I could complete this by the time the snow melts. Here's a pic of the infamous Rotax 800HO. The best 800 snowmobile motor ever built.
